Ruth Neale was born on March 3, 1935, in Brooklyn, NY and passed away on April 14, 2020. An advocate and active participant for early childhood education, Head Start/ Early Head Start Programs, and the New York Head Start Association. Ruth will be missed dearly by family, friends, and countless colleagues.
