Airport Shuttle Instructions

Island Tours suggests guests be ready 2 hours before their flight. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes the rest of the day to get guests to the airport. If the shuttle is at capacity they will send another shuttle ASAP to the location.

We’re thrilled to welcome you to our beautiful island for this special event. To make your arrival and transportation to your hotel as seamless as possible, we’ve arranged a professional and friendly meet-and-greet service at Cyril E. King Airport.

Baggage Claim

Baggage Claim After deplaning, please proceed directly to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage.
Double-check that you have all personal belongings before exiting the baggage area.

Meet Our Greeters

Once you’ve collected your luggage, please look for our team members wearing “Island Tours VI” T-shirts (white shirts with the “Island Tours” logo) and khaki pants or shorts.
Our staff will be positioned just beyond the baggage claim area, clearly visible and ready to assist you

Look for the Sign

This is one of the indicators for your guests to Identify out greeters as well as vehicles. All of our transportation vehicle will have these signs displayed on the dash boards of each vehicle

Present Your Transportation Coupon

All ticket holders must present transportation coupons to our staff before boarding the shuttle vehicles.
Please have your coupon ready for a quick and smooth boarding process.

Guidance to Your Shuttle

After checking your coupon, our greeters will direct you to the designated vehicles that will shuttle you to your hotel.
All vehicles are comfortable, reliable, and operated by licensed and experienced drivers who will ensure your safety throughout the journey.

Enjoy the Ride

The shuttle ride will give you a scenic introduction to the island, so sit back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful sights of St. Thomas as we transport you to your hotel.
