Tuesday and Thursday - Breakfast for All Attendees

Tuesday: A buffet breakfast will be available by the Harborview Ballrooms starting at 7:30 AM

Thursday: A buffet breakfast will be available in the Harborview Ballrooms starting at 8:00 AM, leading into our closing session at 9:00 AM.
Director / Leadership Breakfast
Tuesday: For those attending the Director/Leadership Meeting at Buoy House, please do not eat breakfast at the Westin; breakfast will be provided for you at the meeting room in the Seaside Ballroom at Buoy House to ensure everyone has enough to eat. Breakfast will be available starting at 7:30 AM​
Lunch Options - Lunch on Your Own Each Day 11:30am to 1:00pm
Lunch will be on your own each day. There are multiple dining options at both the Westin and Buoy House for you to explore. Here are two special offerings arranged for conference attendees:

Special Dinner Offering at Isla Blue
For those seeking a sophisticated dining experience, Isla Blue offers an exclusive three-course dinner menu for $75 per person. This dining experience features fresh, vibrant flavors with a Caribbean twist, and guests can add a wine pairing with each course for an additional $25. Chef Christian, one of St. Thomas' most renowned chefs, will guide you through this culinary journey.

Wednesday Night Gala and Awards Ceremony
Join us for the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner on Wednesday night. A full dinner will be provided as we celebrate the achievements within our Region II Head Start community. This will be an evening filled with recognition, music, and delicious food. We look forward to sharing this special event with you!

Sugarfin
Sugarfin is located on the 4th floor, lobby level, just to the right of the hotel registration desk.
Sugarfin is a celebration of Asian flavors born from the sea. Enjoy fresh poke, hand-rolled sushi, sashimi, and a curated selection of the finest locally distilled rums. With terrace views overlooking the bay, it’s the hotel’s sweet spot for sunset sips and an intimate dinner under the stars.
Shorebird Buffet and Brunch
Shorebird Restaurant is located on the 3rd floor
When exiting the elevators, turn right and Shorebird is at the end of the hallway. Shorebird offers a buffet-style breakfast and will be featuring lunch and dinner specials created just for attendees of the Region II Conference. Shorebird is the most budget-friendly choice for dining at the hotel.
Luna Mar
Located outside on level 3
You can access this area by taking the stairs down from the lobby or by taking the elevator to level 3 and then heading outside. Luna Mar features a full bar and offers coastal Mediterranean fare, including seafood classics.
Water Bottle Fill Stations
Located just off the lobby (4th floor) to the left
You will find water bottle fill stations. Refillable water bottles are provided to all hotel guests.
Frenchman's Roast
Located on the lobby level (4th floor) by the elevator banks
